At Seatara, every item is handcrafted with care. Since we operate in small-batch artisan production, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to protect both customer trust and artisan efforts.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Defective product
To initiate a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required for claims.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Color variation due to natural dyes
- Change of mind
- Used or washed items
- Clearance items
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer monetary refunds.
For eligible return cases, we offer:
