At Seatara, each product is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for the hard work that goes into every piece.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
    Since all prepaid orders enter processing immediately, we are unable to stop or modify orders after confirmation.
  • Exceptional Cases:
    In the rare event of a duplicate order or technical payment issue, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Our team will review the case and assist you accordingly.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Return

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

Return Requirements

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues
  • Color variations resulting from natural dyes
  • Change of mind
  • Used or washed items
  • Clearance or discounted items

3. Refund Policy

Seatara does not offer monetary refunds due to the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our products.

For Eligible Return Cases, We Offer:

  • Replacement of the product, OR
  • Store credit valid for future purchases

Refunds will not be issued to the original mode of payment.
